A plastic pallet is a logistics unit that is used in conjunction with logistics equipment such as forklifts and shelves. It can be used to store, load, and move goods. It is one of the essential logistics equipment in modern logistics and warehousing. The emergence of plastic pallets is a habitual environmental protection requirement. The use of plastic pallets instead of wooden pallets can reduce the damage to forests; it is a certain product for the logistics industry, followed by the continuous strengthening of the concept of food safety, high requirements for the hygiene of pharmaceutical operations, and plastic trays for its prevention. Corrosion, anti-humidity, anti-corrosion, insect-resistant, non-mouldy and other characteristics have been loved and sought after for food and medical operations. In addition, the characteristics of high load carrying capacity and long service life of plastic trays are widely used in chemical, textile, and manufacturing industries.

Industry Status

In September 2002, the China Logistics and Purchasing Federation Pallet Professional Committee conducted inquiries with more than 300 production, transportation, warehousing and distribution companies in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Guangzhou. (1) The material of the existing tray

China's Logistics and Purchasing Federation Tray Professional Committee's inquiries flashed: China now has about 50 million to 70 million trays of various varieties, with an annual output value of 20 million tablets. At this stage, the use of plastic trays in China is basically internal turnover. For production companies, the pallets they have are no more than companies. The scale of pallets used is limited to the transfer from the company's warehouses to the delivery links. For logistics companies, pallets are also confined to the company's internal distribution and use, and have not yet formed a mechanism for the smooth circulation of pallets.
